The whole problem is that things sold to consumers shouldn’t require configuration. You must assume that consumers doesn’t know why and how to configure, like you must assume that a car owner doesn’t know how to adjust the clutch or something. Digital products must come with auto-configurations and wizards that guide the owner and require them to configure it securely.
