IT workers ‘the riskiest users of technology’

A new report finds that in the world of business, it is in fact IT workers who are the riskiest users of technology.

Sourced through from:

IT personnel has credentials and access. Of course, they are hacker prime targets. So just because you know all the system stuff, don’t be arrogant. Be a role model for the rest of the organisation. Be extra careful. If you don’t give a hoot, don’t expect anyone else either.

And if you think it is too inconvenient to use the same security tools that you try to enforce on the common users, then you surely have selected the wrong tools. Security must be made simple for the users, admin and integrators.
