Email is as secure as a postcard. It is not the way to send sensitive information. I know it’s convenient, but it opens up channels for you to get robbed. By hacking email accounts, you can get access to the corporate exchange server and then it doesn’t matter how good PKI encryption you have installed. When they are in they have full access to anything you write. Including money transfer orders.
